Depending on the GPU Card you get and the CPU you have installed will determine how much the CPU will throttle the GPU (performance).

I have a problem with one of the cards that is detected as 200 series but after uninstalling the drivers and manually clean installing 250 drivers it reboots and says 200. Im mad that I cant use both cards to crossfire both cards look the same and have the same sticker on them.
